  • Has over 30 years of experience in the Physical Therapy Industry and has been exposed to various rehabilitation cases and approaches.
  • Fellow of Applied Functional Science from the Gary Gray Institute in 2008.
  • Bachelor in Physical Therapy from Paris France,
  • An extensive Osteopathy Training through Michigan State University, College D'etude d'osteopathiques de Montreal,
  • Master in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through a four year residency at the Ola Grimsby Institute based in San Diego California
  • Master in Physical Therapy at the Krannert school of Physical Therapy in Indianapolis, Indiana.
  • Doctoral of Science from Texas Tech University
  • Diplome d'Osteopathie from France, graduated in 2017.

Malgorzata Gortych

Malgorzata Gortych, PTA

  • Graduated from Bergen Community College, NJ in 1999 from the Physical Therapy Assisting program
  • Moved to Dallas, TX in 2010 and joined the team at CPR
  • 13 years of experience in various settings such as acute care and outpatient orthopedic/sport medicine
  • Has extensive experience in treating patients with orthopedic, neuromuscular, and post surgical conditions that incorporate joint mobilization, stretching, and Kinesio taping
  • Specializes in the treatment of shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries: utilizes both exercise prescription and manual techniques to achieve maximum functional return
  • Enjoys working at CPR because of the one-on-one contact with patients
  • Licensed by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners since 2006
Jason Jamail

Jason Jamail, PTA

  • 2000 Graduate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant program from Coleman College for Health Sciences in Houston and licensed by the Texas State Board of Physical Therapy examiners.
  • 12 years of experience in out-patient physical therapy helping patients of all ages return to functional and recreational activities as well as competitive sporting events.
  • Over the years, continuing education has focused on manual therapy techniques, core stability, neuromuscular and functional strengthening to enable effective treatment to a variety of orthopeadic diagnosis.
  • Happily married for 12 years with 2 great kids.
  • Enjoys family time, sports, movies and fishing.
Hunter Mandeville

Hunter Mandeville, PT DPT

  • Graduated from Austin College with a Bachelor of Arts in 2007.
  • Graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from TWU-Dallas in 2012.
  • Two years experience in Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy setting.
